• Why drain your water
  Draining your pool or spa water is like changing the oil in your vehicle.   Water over time because extremely hard to chemically balance. Once the water has high factors of TDS, calcium hardness, metals or cyanuric acid. We recommend draining and refilling every 3-5 years.
  Acid washes will help to remove stains making the pool’s interior look new again as chlorine baths are mainly used to treat green pools killing the algae and sanitizing.

• Investment
  We start at $295 for a standard pool or spa drain and chemicals only. Acid washes and green pools that require a chlorine bath we like photos or see in person. Most start at $495 but can go up to $750 depending on the size and amount of work and chemicals needed.

• Process
  We turn off all power and water to the pool or spa first. Then we place our submersible pump at the deepest part and pump the water out to the sewer.  I always suggest to contact your water company and inform them of the routine pool maintenance. Most pools will take about 7 hours to drain.  Once drained you can start filling unless we are acid washing or chlorine bath.  When filled we reset timers, water levelers and test and adjust the water chemistry.
